Leading and Governing Associates is a public purpose, governance education and leadership consulting practice. We consult with and support nonprofit and elected board members and their executive leadership to envision their futures, engage stakeholders, and build guiding frameworks to navigate strategically and lead more effectively within their organizations and across their communities. Since beginning our practice in 2004, Leading and Governing Associates has worked with hundreds of public purpose leaders and their organizations from across the United States and Canada.
